We a looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join our team in Findlay Ohio.

Construction Superintendent Position Summary: Oversee all aspects of the site, including work, materials, equipment, and conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Hands-On Leadership: Work on-site with tools as required.
• Communication: Liaise with owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and the community.
• Coordination & Supervision: Organize and coordinate crews and subcontractors, ensuring readiness of materials and equipment; oversee quality installations.
• Collaboration: Work with other prime contractors and testing agencies.
• Contract Management & Planning: Understand all contract documents, plans, and specifications; develop detailed work plans.
• Field Inspection & Estimations: Identify and resolve field issues, implement cost-saving measures, and accurately cost code activities.
• Reporting & Scheduling: Log and report project progress, maintain and update project schedules.
• Documentation & Material Monitoring: Review project documentation, maintain accurate field forms, and monitor material inventory and conditions.
• Job Site Safety:
  • Training: Complete OSHA 30-hour safety training.
  • Implementation: Enforce all safety precautions and protocols.
  • Site Maintenance: Maintain a safe and clean worksite.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in construction supervision.
• Knowledge of supervision principles and concepts.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
• Understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of federal, Ohio state, and ACI safety rules.
• Ability to operate various construction tools and equipment.
• OSHA 30-hour safety training.
