What You'll Be Doing:As a Sr. Channel Development Director, you will drive ACI's market expansion and revenue growth through strategic development and implementation of channel partner strategies. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our channel partners to achieve mutual sales targets and objectives. Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive training, resources, and tools to enable partners to effectively promote and sell ACI's products and services. The ideal candidate must be a self-motivated, strong team player with a proven track record of success in generating new partner business and growing and managing strategic partners. You will have experience selling educational technology and/or training services within commercial or higher education markets. Duties and Responsibilities:
Fully leverage the tech stack and other tools provided to succeed.
Develop and execute channel partner strategies to enhance ACI's market reach and drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with channel partners to set and achieve sales targets and objectives.
Provide ongoing support, training, and resources to ensure partners are equipped to effectively represent ACI's offerings.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and optimize existing partnerships.
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations to strengthen collaboration and drive mutual success.
Monitor and report on channel partner performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and support for channel partner initiatives.
Must Haves:
Bachelorβs degree or commensurate relevant experience; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
5 years of proven experience in channel partner management, business development, or a related field.
Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles within a channel partner ecosystem.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop corresponding strategies.
Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partnerships.
