POSITION OVERVIEW
The Engineering Sales role works in coordination with mechanical, sheet metal, and design-build contractors, as well as consulting engineers, on a project-by-project basis to engineer and specify commercial HVAC equipment solutions. Working directly with ACI’s leadership, sales, and estimating staff members, the Engineering Sales position utilizes valuable skills from commercial construction knowledge and HVAC product and system knowledge to provide equipment solutions. The Engineering Salesperson listens to customer needs and matches them with manufacturers’ equipment while providing top-tier service. A successful candidate will have a high sense of urgency, be fun, and be credible both internally and externally. The product portfolio of ACI Mechanical and HVAC Sales, a manufacturers' rep, is broad and requires someone with an inherent curiosity for how things work and the desire to solve problems.
