Duties:

• Work daily with FMCSR and compliance .
• Audit driver ELDs
• Create & maintain driver qualification files
• Communiate with all departments on employee staffing changes or updates
• Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and programs to promote a safe work environment
• Provide training to employees on safety protocols and procedures
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions
• Stay up-to-date with current safety regulations and industry best practices

• Ability to learn quicky
• Strong Fact Finder & Follow-Thru, strong organizational skills
• Ability to coach other employees
• Able to troubleshoot tablet & phone issues
• Ability to work in a multi-task envirnoment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Perferred Requirements:

• Knowledge of FMCSR
• Knowledge of Worker's Compensation
