we are looking for a full-time assistant; Busy south Austin law firm seeks smart outgoing individual who can multitask, to help with all aspects of the office including: answer phones assist clients with issues, write letters, assist paralegal, set up new client files, send representation letters, call for balances, prepare demands, prepare an accounting when case is settled. Needs to be good at math. 40 hours a week. We are looking for someone to be a part of our team. pay: 15- 20 dollars per hour, paid in a yearly salary 2x per month.
Requirements
Qualifications: good phone voice, cheerful friendly. Typing 50 wpm, working knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel, and other programs, self-starter. Must be good with numbers.
Customer service experience a plus. Spanish speaking.
One year office experience.
