ACL Digital is Hiring an Equipment technician Near Arizona, AZ

Job Title : Facilities Plant Maint Spec B

Location- Mesa, AZ (Onsite)

Duration : (12 Months Contract)

Shift : - Shifts : 2nd

Interview- WebEx, camera required

Payrate : $33.00 / hr. on W2

General Information-

This position requires basic troubleshooting skills in both electrical and mechanical systems, as well as the ability to read schematics and prints.

Position Responsibilities :

  • Perform reactive jobs to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions
  • Execute planned jobs to ensure equipment is operating efficiently
  • Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using schematics and prints
  • Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve equipment problems
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
  • Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures

Preferred Skills :

  • Self-starter with the ability to work partially unassisted
  • Motivated and eager to learn new skills and technologies
  • Familiarity with CNC machines, lathes, autoclaves, and lasers is preferred but not required
  • Strong desire to learn and grow in the field

EDU Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical certification or associate degree in a related field is a plus

Required Skills :

  • Basic troubleshooting skills in electrical and mechanical systems
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and prints
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated and able to work partially unassisted
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to diagnose equipment malfunctions
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Education / experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma / GED) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.

g. vocational school / Associate).
