ACL Digital is Hiring a FPGA Design Engineer Near El Segundo, CA
Title- FPGA Design Engineer
Location- EL Segundo, CA (Remote)
Duration- 6 Months Contract Extension
Position Responsibilities:
• Utilize understanding of system requirements to architect block level design specifications
• Prepare detailed design documentation
• VHDL coding, logical equivalency checking, static timing analysis, CDC, linting
• Integration of third-party IP
• Target designs to AMD/Xilinx Devices using Vivado synthesis and Place Route
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
• Ability to capture and review FPGA design requirements
• Develop and document design Micro-architecture
• Develop design code in VHDL
• Experience targeting AMD/Xilinx family of FPGA devices
• DO-254 experience is a plus
TOP 3-5 MUST HAVE REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
1. – AMD/Xilinx FPGA Design experience
2. – VHDL Coding
3. – FPGA functional block development
4. – Requirements capture and generation
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
1. – >=8 years of relevant experience
2. – DO-254 experience ( a plus)
Potential travel onsite up to 4x’s a year at their own expenses
