ACL Digital is Hiring an Instructional Designer Near Charleston, SC

Title- Instructional Designer

Location- North Charleston, SC

Duration- 6Months Contract Possible Extension

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing instructional materials such as computer-based tutorials, simulations, videos, job aids, learning aids, and other multimedia content
  • Photographing and video recording live events at the work site
  • Use instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create engaging and effective learner centered-training materials
  • Review and evaluate existing instructional materials for improvement opportunities
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the Senior Instructional Designer
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Learning Design, or a related field, Master’s preferred
  • Must be able to travel to work site 2 to 3 times per week to video record and photograph live events
  • Proven experience in designing and developing e-learning content, instructional design, and adult learning principles
  • Demonstrate proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Captivate, Premier Pro, Blender or similar software

*Candidates must submit a portfolio of previous work to include instructional videos using authentic and original videos, instructional guides, graphic design samples
