• Work Schedule: 20 – 35/hrs per week (flexible depending on candidate)

Experience in a client facing role selling learning/training and development solutions

Experience representing a high-prestige brand, preferred

Experience with client/prospect research and reporting Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and Salesforce

Requirement:

It will report to the Director of Partnerships and will primarily support partnerships and partnership expansion within the Extension School and Professional & Executive Development programs.

Conduct research identifying contacts and organizations who would benefit from the DCE portfolio and stay current on learning & development trends to support the Director in pitches and initiatives.

Administrative tasks encompassing internal and external support including sourcing relevant dates and deadlines, updating partner landing pages, running reports and Salesforce data input and analysis.

Collaborate with the marketing team on collateral for needs identified by partners or the Director of Partnerships. Coordinate events to support partnerships as needed.

Support administrative functions to support exclusive Professional & Executive Development programs including proposal generation, faculty contracting, material creation and program delivery support on campus and at client sites.
