Job Role: Scheduling/Log Coordinator

Job Type: W2 Contract

Job Location: Santa Monica, CA (Hybrid, 4 Times a Onsite a Week)

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Performing daily functions in the scheduling database to coordinate and maintain the linear schedule.
• Generating and distributing weekly program schedule grids, reports, and compiling information from multiple databases.
• Utilizing and maintaining air order and other spreadsheets and managing episodic run counts.
• Working with Operations and Traffic departments to make sure episodic and schedule data accurately flows to and from the scheduling database.
• Generating and maintaining multiple excel-based spreadsheets (including heavy data-entry).
• Performing research and maintaining spreadsheets related to competitive programming, potential acquisitions, and standards.
• Providing administrative and back-up support for other team members when needed and completing special projects as assigned.
