ACLD is a leading not-for-profit agency employing 1300 staff and providing over 80 program sites in Nassau and Suffolk. As our Registered Nurse, you will:

• Participate in the assessment, planning, implementation and supervision of medical care for the individuals we serve.
• Provide oversight and training of direct care staff in monitoring medical systems designed to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Review various assessments, logs, etc. and follow-up where necessary.
• Ensure all medical appointments, tests and lab work are completed as required.
• Assist with the AMAP certification process for your assigned cluster of homes.

We require:

• NYS RN Licensure
• Minimum Associates
