About the Role

Our Sterile Technician is the backbone of our clinic. This person would work hand in hand with our doctors and dental assistants. This role is more than cleaning instruments, it’s about supporting and making a connection with the families and fellow team members. It's believing in Acorn and helping others see how amazing it is here too. We are looking for someone with a strong attention to detail and who is always reliable.

Responsibilities

• Sterilizing and organizing instruments.
• Stocking and flipping operatories.
• Washing lab coats, scrubs, towels, and blankets daily.
• Assembling treatment and hygiene trays for assistants.
• Making goody bags for patients.
• Build relationships with patients and your team.

Next Steps

Acorn Dentistry for Kids conducts initial phone interviews, and then we invite our top candidates into our clinics to observe our team at work. We believe in absolute transparency, and we want to make sure our positions are a fit for both us and the candidate. Upon hire there will be up to a week of paid training at our Clinic Support Office in Silverton, OR.
