Description: As an Associate Business Strategist for Acorn Influence, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of innovative digital strategies that leverage influencers to drive consumer engagement, brand visibility, and sales in retail environments. This role will provide you with a unique opportunity to learn and grow within the influencer marketing industry while contributing to our agency's and our client's success. Responsibilities:
Assist in developing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with shopper marketing objectives for clients, including supporting the creation of pricing strategies, proposals, and pitches for client RFPs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Client Success, Paid Media, and Creative, to design and recommend influencer campaigns utilizing social media, paid social media platforms, and programmatic media strategies.
Conduct research and analysis of competitor campaigns to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in our clients' shopper marketing strategies
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, technologies, and platform developments, contributing to the agency's innovation efforts
Support in providing strategic recommendations to clients, helping them maximize the impact of investment through effective influencer collaborations
Contribute to a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence within the strategy team
Assist in preparing presentations on strategic plans - creating and finessing decks with great attention to detail on consistent formatting and clean, on-brand aesthetic
Research, identify, and create rationales for sample influencers based on client targeting and goals utilizing third-party platforms for creator search.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Masters in Marketing, Advertising, English, Business Administration, or a related field
Demonstrated interest in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or shopper marketing
Be very organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once - multitasking expertise required
Be knowledgeable about today’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and be able to think strategically about how they should apply to marketing programs
Have the ability to effectively present and communicate with others
Create, maintain, and grow relationships with coworkers
Have a positive, team-player attitude and desire to take on new challenges
Be adaptable to learning new tools and technology
Be able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
A basic understanding of digital marketing strategies, consumer behavior, and retail environments is a plus
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics platforms is a plus.
Salary Range: $45,000 - $50,000The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidate's qualifications and experience uniquely. Acorn is headquartered in Rogers, AR.
