Provide excellent phone customer service skills by communicating effectively and meeting patient needs. Must be able to handle high volume phone calls with a pleasant, polite, welcoming and cheerful attitude.
Direct phone communication with patients regarding scheduling, canceling, rescheduling appointments. Communicate with Billing Department to resolve patient concerns. Will also be trained in Check in/Check out duties to assist when needed.
Must possess excellent verbal communication and verbal comprehension. Must possess critical thinking skills to effectively cross reference multiple provider schedules. Must have previous EMR & call center experience.
Monday- Tuesday- Thursday: 8:30am-5:00pm
