We are hiring a **P** **art-Time Field Sales Coach** to join our Dyson Team. We are a premier retail merchandising and sales solutions company whose focus is connecting people with the brands they love! The Sales Coach is responsible for coaching and training a team of Retail Sales Representatives, balancing demo supplies, maintaining Best Buy store leader relationships, and engaging customers about client specific solutions with demonstrations. The Sales Coach will be trained in specific program initiatives to engage employees and customers about the clients’ products **Schedule** 20 hours per week Fridays - 4 hours of admin work Saturdays and Sundays - 8 hour shifts **What we offer** $22.00 - $25.00 per hour 401(k) with employer match Paid product training W2 employment with biweekly pay schedule Career growth opportunities Paid time off **What you'll be doing** Sales Support - visiting stores within assigned territory to coach and train Sales Experts/Demonstrators Identify sales opportunities at store level within the assigned market Schedule and conduct sales events at various stores within the assigned market. Ensure inventory issues are communicated to the manufacturer and retailer appropriately Provide ongoing sales floor and/or classroom training for all Sales Experts at minimum of once per month Sales skills assessment and coaching where applicable New Product introduction training: Email Sales documentation, datasheets, FAQ’s immediately following any product announcement Accurately complete call reports the same day of store visit Escalate in-store issues promptly through appropriate channels. Communicate competitive information with photos & specific details. Identify competitive advantages and submit ideas to combat at local level. Participate in bi-weekly conference calls. Consistently meet predefined goals **Qualifications** 2-3 years’ experience selling in retail and/or at special events required Minimum requirement of a High School diploma with a 2 yr. college degree preferred Must adhere to professional appearance standards Ability to make presentations to large groups (over 5 attendees) Ability to work weekend and flexible hours. Excellent verbal communication skills **Physical requirements** Must have the ability to travel (locally by vehicle and nationally by plane as needed). Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to rent a car under ActionLink’s corporate insurance standards. Must have the ability to use a computer, phone, and other standard office equipment. Must be mobile and able to sit and/or stand for four (4) hours.
