Acra Lending is currently hiring experienced Inside Account Executives in Irvine, CA to help us grow. This is a great opportunity for the motivated sales person with an understanding of our specialized niche as the nation’s largest Non-Prime/Non-QM residential lender!

Job Description

• Become a subject matter expert, knowledgeable in all Acra Lending products and programs, basic eligibility parameters, and pricing
• Develop and execute an effective prospecting plan for bringing mortgage brokers on board
• Prepare call lists and take appropriate actions to draw in and sustain business
• Win business through deepening contact networks within new and existing accounts
• Submit clean and complete documentation for all broker and loan approvals
• Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline

Requirements

• Sales experience is required
• Mortgage experience preferred, but not required
