Acra Lending is hiring for a Loan Shipper Clerk to join the team.The mortgage loan shipper delivers mortgage loan files and posts closing mortgage loan packages for distribution. This person is responsible for daily tracking and maintaining the accuracy of post-closing dates, reporting, and quality control review and reconciliation of each loan package. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Support in the preparation and copying of files for delivery using appropriate guidelines with established time framesSort and stack to current company standards and guidelinesScan mortgage loan documents into internal shared drives and document imaging systemReview and audit files for data integrityProcess loans on servicing operating system as necessaryAssist in special projects as neededQualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.Mathematical Skills:Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.Reasoning Ability:Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.Computer Skills:Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc). Pay Range: $18-21 an hour. Our pay range is based upon experience, education, location and qualifications.
