Summary: Admin Support for many offices, helping in the Service Coordinator role. Answering customer phone calls and emails for service requests, inquiries, help handle and resolve complaints.
Daily task and Major job duties/Responsibilities include:
Call taker
Taking New service request
Entering info into system
Getting info to scheduler to schedule service
Might be scheduling services when team members are OOO.
Monitor service Inbox/Email for incoming requests.
Customer phone calls
Help pull daily/weekly reports- help keeping systems up to date
Data entry
Electronical filing
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. REQUIRED
Customer service related experience required. PREFERRED
Clerical/office/ Admin experience PREFERRED
