The Fiscal Management Analyst will monitor budgets and expenditures within the department. Duties include but are not limited to financial record keeping, reviewing program expenditures, reconciling and analyzing budgets, budget reporting, monitoring, reviewing and processing or financial requests, and preparation for financial audits.

Qualification:

• 3 years’ experience in ensuring compliance of financial transactions with budgets, applicable agreements, grants or contacts, and state or federal laws, rules, and regulations
• Coursework, training and/or work experience in managing a budget for the purpose of keeping expenditures within the limitations of available appropriations and available revenue and maintaining, monitoring, projecting, and controlling a budget within set policies and procedures.
• 3 years’ experience in compiling, analyzing and reporting on financial data to ensure effective and efficient accounting of funds or to make projections for financial planning.
• 3 years’ experience in analyzing financial problems, developing alternatives, recommending and advising management on solutions.
