Job Description:
Specific Responsibilities of this Position:
Safely manage the day to day operations of two press lines. Responsible for managing Union employees on a daily basis. Insure that we sent the highest quality stampings to our customers. Work with other departments to accomplish throughput requirements and ship on time to our customers. Paying attention to our cost in order to meet our financial responsibilities. Finally, good communication to help the next shift be successful.
Work Site Description:
You will be working on the manufacturing floor in a stamping plant. Currently, has two production presses with additional maintenance areas.
