Across the Pond Vacations provides unique, luxury, tailor-made tours to the United Kingdom and Ireland. We are a small business in Torrance, California looking for a bright individual to work with us as an Administrative Assistant / Travel Coordinator. Ideally, this position will evolve into a Travel Planner position, so we are seeking someone who will want to grow with our company. (Compensation, title and benefits will change when promoted.) 

Responsibilities:

• Administrative support
• Creation of travel documentation
• Creation of travel binders
• Social media administration
• Office management
• General support to Travel Managers

Qualifications:

• Excellent client services skills
• Very bright and quick to learn
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized
• Bachelor's Degree (or Associate's Degree in a relevant field, as a minimum)
• Knowledge of the United Kingdom and Ireland is a huge plus
• Ability to multi-task
• Positive, friendly attitude
