Position: Perm - PT - Outpatient (Days)

Location: 901 N Porter Ave, Norman, OK 73071

Shift Information: Days: 07:30AM - 06:00PM (4 x 10hr shifts)

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate of Science in Physical Therapy - Required
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Examiners or a Graduate PT eligible for Oklahoma licensure or Physical Therapy student in the final semester of graduate school - Required (Must obtain licensure before assuming patient care)
• BLS - Required

Pay: $33.87 - $55.31 per hour
