• 10 years of software development experience.
• Atleast 5 years in a technical leadership role
• Deep knowledge and understanding of enterprise-scale platforms and architectures
• Migrating a monolith application to a cloud native application
• Have a good Knowledge on Java/J2ee Technologies.
• Have experience in Deploying/Migration an ECM solution in Cloud.
• Lead the design and implementation of micro service-based application
• Deep understanding of document management capabilities – document generation, document repository, OCR
• Experience in Quadiant Inspire and IBM FileNet or similar tools
• Experience in designing migration strategies of high volume documents between document repositories as well as tuning for bulk record deletion
