Job Title: Maintenance Planner(Mechanical / Rotating / Fixed Equipment /Analyzer / Instrumentation Electrical)

Shift: Day 4x10-Hour

Pay Rate: $40- $45/Hourly.

Description: This is a contract position that is craft-specific and is responsible for managing unplanned work orders; generating job plans including labor, material, equipment, and services; creating job packets for field execution; and continually improving job plans via updates based upon feedback. Maintenance planning covers areas such as rotating equipment repair, piping fabrication and repair (including support tasks like insulation and scaffolding), carpentry, painting, QA/QC, Inspection, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the unplanned work order backlog by:? Reviewing backlog and planning list? Clarifying incomplete or poorly defined work notifications? Grouping work orders and/or notifications together that can be planned and completed as a single order? Determining appropriate degree of planning? Complete job plans to ensure the safe and efficient execution of all maintenance worko Detailed work scopeo Job step sequenceo Skill requirementso Outsourcing for specialty contractors or skills requirementso Labor estimate and plano Bill of materialso Contract serviceso External resources and partso Special toolso Equipmento Identify and provide repair procedures as required (technical documents)o Define support for Production to prepare/tag equipment, special permits, PPE, etc.? Create job packets (as needed) which include:o Job Planso Technical documentation (e.g., photos, drawings, technical specifications, etc.)o Feedback form? Build and validate job kits (transitional task)? Assist Maintenance Supervisor and Specialist in the timely execution of emergency or critical priority jobs? Assist with optimization of spare parts inventory? Build and maintain Bill of Materials (BoMs)? Identify jobs that require Management of Change (MoC)? Create purchase requisitions and reservations for necessary materials, equipment, or services and orders material? Build task lists (job plan library) for recurring jobs? Continually update task lists to ensure: 1) necessary changes or improvements are incorporated, and 2) efficiencies are captured per job feedback forms? Forward completed ?ready-to-schedule? job packages to the Scheduler
