Job Title: Perm - Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg / Emergency Room (ER)

Location: 2731 Healthcare Dr, Syracuse, NE 68446

Shift: Nights3x12-Hour (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Pay Rate: $40-$43/Hourly.

Job Description:

The Med Surg/ER Registered Nurse practices under the supervision of the Director of Acute & Emergency Services. The Registered Nurse assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and supervises individual patient care according to policies and procedures. Supports and upholds the Patient Bill of Rights. Provides, prescribes, delegates and coordinates nursing care with other health care providers to meet holistic needs of patients. They will be working with patients in Emergency (Level IV Trauma certified), Inpatient (Med/Surg), Swing Bed, Hospice, and Observation.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in nursing. - Preferred
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. - Required
• Licensed to practice professional nursing in the state of Nebraska. - Required
• 1 year of experience in acute and/or emergency room setting - Strongly Preferred
• Experience in providing care to a general population - Preferred
• ACLS & PALS - Required (or will have to obtain within 6 months of employment)
• TNCC Certification - Required (within 1 year of employment)
• BLS Certification - Required
