Pay Rate: Range $1800-Local & $1980-Travel weekly

Unit: Inpatient Rehab

Shift: 12 Hours; Days, 6.45a - 7.15p

Schedule: 36 hours / week guaranteed, 3 shifts per week, weekends/holidays as needed

• Registered Nurse: 2 years - Required
• Inpatient Rehab Nursing experience: Recent/Current, 2 years Required
• Travel experience - Highly preferred

Education, License and Certification Requirements:

• ASN or an equivalent Required
• BSN or an equivalent Highly preferred
• RN License for State of OK or Compact - Required
• AHA BLS, NIHSS Certifications - Required

Job Description:

• Provides all aspects of professional nursing care in assigned units (Inpatient Rehab)
• Develop and implement total nursing care for patients by assessment, nursing diagnosis, patient care plans.
• Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.
• Develop systems to provide care to a population including infants, children, adolescents, adults and geriatrics.
