Position: Temp - Phlebotomist

Location: 16 Hospital Rd, Plymouth, NH 03264

Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: 8 -Hour Days Mon - Fri (40 hr Guarantee).

Pay Rate: $15-$20/Hourly

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years current Phlebotomy experience - Required
• ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY/HIT THE GROUND RUNNING - REQUIRED
• Travel experience – Highly preferred

• Work History
• Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
• Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile - Facility will not pend certs

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• BLS (AHA)
