Summary/ObjectiveThis is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Assistant at ACS Commercial Services, LLC. The Procurement Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to purchasing and procurement. This includes creating purchase orders, utilizing analytical skills to assess procurement needs, and effectively communicating with vendors and internal teams.
Essential Functions
  • Service Parts Person
  • Facilitate new improved procurement strategies across all channels of purchasing.
  • Purchase Orders, Purchasing, and Procurement skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess procurement needs.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with vendors and internal teams.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Proficiency in relevant procurement software and tools
  • Experience in procurement or purchasing.
  • Delegate tasks and supervise the work of purchasing and procurement agents across all departments.
  • Manage every aspect of the supply chain and notify the senior management team of any possible obstacles to ideal efficiency.
  • Collect and report key metrics that will reduce our overall expenses while increasing productivity.
  • Perform cost analysis and set appropriate benchmarks.
  • Coordinate deliveries.
  • Maintains customer websites and ACS database according to ACS processes and procedures.
  • Be able to check in or check out daily.
  • Must have regular work attendance / good work attendance habits.
  • Have a good work ethic and availability to work.
  • Must be able to answer the phone and make phone calls.

Preferred Education and Experience 2 Service Parts Experience - Procurement
  • Associates degree / College Degree Preferred

Additional Eligibility Qualifications Must be able to type at least 45 words per minute.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite
  • Intermediate and above Microsoft Outlook
  • Intermediate and above Microsoft Excel

  • Forty-five (45) words per minute
