We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Qualifications
- Extensive experience working as a Systems Analyst on projects, including writing use cases, process modeling, and developing and documenting business rules.
- Experience applying process re-engineering methodologies to define and remodel business processes. Experience should be part of a large-scale enterprise-wide Business Process Re-engineering project (project size: $10 million or greater, 1000 users or greater
- Experience facilitating working teams tasked with formally gathering and documenting business requirements and business rules for a future state environment.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing Information Technology solutions.
- Experience as a Syste`ms Analyst or Subject Matter Expert for a Workers' Compensation related project.
- Experience in User Acceptance Testing, including writing UAT plans, scenarios, and/or scripts.
- Experience with one or more of the following software tools Jira ,Confluence UXPin
- Experience in forecasting BA effort for requirements gathering, process modeling, and testing efforts. Experience assisting project managers in project planning, including developing formal project schedules and Level of Effort (LOE) methodology across multiple projects.
