Responsibilities
- Lead the development, customization, and integration of Drupal-based applications.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Architect and implement high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Drupal developments, trends, and best practices.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in Drupal development, including significant experience with Drupal 8/9.
- Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
- Experience with Drupal theming, custom module development, and site building.
- Experience in Drupal API, hooks, and custom entities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
