- Engage heavily in variance analysis, creating detailed explanations and forecasts primarily using Excel, complemented by Oracle EBS for data sourcing.
- Lead capital budgeting and expenditure planning with a strong Excel focus, integrating data from Oracle EBS for financial accuracy and insight.
- Analyze trends in performance indicators using Excel to manage complex datasets, with supplementary data support from Oracle EBS.
- Conduct budget variance and forecasting analysis, with an 80% focus on Excel for creating detailed financial reports and a 20% utilization of Oracle EBS for data verification and extraction.
- Oversee monthly financial review processes, utilizing Excel for data compilation and presentation, and Oracle EBS for systematized data input.
- Prepare the monthly financial package using Excel for senior management and the board of directors, ensuring precise data representation and analysis.
- Assist in developing financial strategies based on reports created predominantly in Excel, with Oracle EBS as a secondary system for cross-referencing financial data.
- Lend expertise to annual forecasting and event metrics analysis, with a primary reliance on Excel and a supplementary role for Oracle EBS and ADP systems.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting in close association with the accounting team, predominantly through Excel and partially through Oracle EBS.

- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a solid foundation in Computer Science preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting, with demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel accounting for 80% of job functionality.
- Proficiency in Oracle EBS, constituting about 20% of the job role, with experience in ADP Payroll systems considered a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure with a high degree of accuracy in Excel.
