We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and upgrade PeopleSoft applications and environments.
- Monitor system performance and take proactive measures to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Implement and manage security protocols, ensuring data integrity and compliance with organizational policies.
- Develop and maintain backup and recovery procedures to safeguard PeopleSoft data.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to PeopleSoft applications, working closely with other IT teams as needed.
- Apply patches and updates to PeopleSoft applications to keep systems current and secure.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience in PeopleSoft administration.
- Strong experience with PeopleSoft tools and technologies, including PeopleTools, Application Designer, and PeopleCode.
- Proven experience in system installation, configuration, and performance tuning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and database management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of network and operating system concepts.
