We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective PeopleSoft CRM solutions.
- Design, configure, and maintain PeopleSoft CRM modules to meet business needs.
- Provide day-to-day support for PeopleSoft CRM applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Conduct system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure quality and functionality.
- Provide training and support to end users to ensure effective utilization of PeopleSoft CRM applications.
- Stay current with PeopleSoft CRM updates and new features, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working with PeopleSoft CRM applications.
- Strong understanding of PeopleSoft CRM modules and functionality.
- Experience with PeopleSoft development tools, including Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, and Integration Broker.
- Proficient in SQL and PeopleSoft Query.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail.
