We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement PeopleSoft HRMS solutions to support HR business processes.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Customize and configure PeopleSoft HRMS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, and Talent Management.
- Develop and maintain PeopleSoft components such as Application Engine programs, PeopleCode, SQR, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
- Perform unit testing and support system integration and user acceptance testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the PeopleSoft environment.
- Provide production support and ongoing maintenance of PeopleSoft HRMS applications.
- Stay current with PeopleSoft updates, patches, and new features, and recommend improvements.
- Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a PeopleSoft HRMS Developer.
- Extensive knowledge of PeopleSoft HR modules and their functionalities.
- Strong proficiency in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, and SQL.
- Experience with PeopleSoft Integration Broker and Component Interfaces.
- Experience in PeopleSoft security and workflow administration.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
