- Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards to visualize and analyze data for business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in reporting solutions by performing data validation and quality checks.
- Optimize and tune SQL queries and data models for improved performance and efficiency.
- Provide support and training to end users on using Power BI reports and dashboards effectively.
- Stay updated on the latest SQL and Power BI features, enhancements, and best practices.
- Document technical specifications, data dictionaries, and user guides for reporting solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Reporting Analyst or similar role, with strong proficiency in SQL and Power BI.
- Advanced SQL skills, including writing complex queries, optimizing performance, and troubleshooting.
- Expertise in designing and developing Power BI reports and dashboards, including data modeling, DAX calculations, and visualization best practices.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
- Certification in SQL or Power BI is a plus.
