Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with government personnel.
- Maintain strong contractor management interface with OCIO leadership, the COR, and TPOCs.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Provide management oversight.
- Meet service level agreements and other performance requirements.
- Demonstrate foresight in program planning by identifying potential issues.
- Offer alternative solutions and minimize program impacts to the government's satisfaction.
- Improve processes through training.
- Ensure timely and accurate deliverables to minimize government intervention.
- Prevent mission degradation during critical times.
- Notify appropriate government personnel of significant problems.
- Manage and monitor burn rates.
