We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager to assist in growing our company. This position will be responsible for: Creating, Implementing, and executing a sales strategy for; Hydrogen Fuel Cell Laminating, Thermoset and Thermoplastic Composite Molding and other emerging markets.A Successful Candidate Will Be Responsible For
Grow new markets to meet company sales and profit objectives
Develop a deeper understanding of, and a closer relationship with our customer base
Become versed in the complete line of Company products and services to be able to effectively support the entire organization
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing all projects as assigned
Interact closely with sales and engineering to have a cohesive team
Coordinate with and report to the Sales and Marketing Manager on related sales activities
Track and analyze sales trends to identify and act on issues and opportunities
Develop specific sales strategies and actions to grow customer base
Develop and execute new product line roadmaps and product strategy in new and emerging markets
Improve new product line profitability and grow sales
Own the applicable product line sales forecasts
Identify new product developments and product improvements
