• Inventory Management Support employee is responsible for the general maintenance and overall organization of the stock areas and also assist management with controlling inventory.
• Responsible for checking in all products and verifying the accuracy of incoming receipts.
• Provide immediate feedback to supervisor regarding inventory level issues & damages.
• Ensure all appropriate stockroom procedures are followed to minimize company loss.
• Assist in maintaining Vehicles & Forklifts.
• Schedule and handle local deliveries utilizing company vehicles.
• Weekly cycle counts - performs physical counts of inventory.
• Reconciles actual stock counts to computer-generated reports.
• Records and maintains Inventory in TrakStar Inventory database.
• Responsibilities and duties may change when circumstances dictate. (e.g., emergencies change in workload, rush jobs or technical developments.)

Skills:

• Proficient with computers, basic knowledge of word editing software, inventory sheets and email management.
• MS Office knowledge

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
