Job DescriptionACS Systems Associates is an HVAC /Mechanical Construction Company that engages in both government and private project work throughout the Greater New York area including Westchester, New York City, and Long Island. We are primarily involved in Government Projects located in Hicksville, NY.

- Upkeep and maintenance of electronic filing system
- Maintenance of hard copy filing system
- Handling requests for information and data
- Resolving problems
- Answering verbal inquiries
- Preparation of written responses to routine inquiries
- Preparation and modification of documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
- attention to detail and accuracy
- adherence to confidentiality
- ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- customer service orientation
- professional and ethical behavior
- punctuality
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record-keeping
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
