RECRUITING / TALENT ACQUISITION COORDINATOR

Hybrid in Lexington, MA

Immediate Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Coordinator with one of the largest Pharmaceutical & Biotech corporations in the world.

PLEASE REVIEW REQUIREMENTS CAREFULLY:

· Must demonstrate strong hands-on work experience in interview scheduling and interview coordination

· Strong demonstrated work experience in calendar management

· Experience in scheduling and coordinating interviews within different time zones

· Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems

· Must reside within commuting distance of Lexington, MA and will be required to work 3x a week onsite

· Corporate experience is required!

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

  • Location: Lexington, MA
  • Duration: 6 Months Project
  • Hourly Pay: $28.15/hr
  • Description:

Core Responsibilities:

  • Supports the overall activities associated with the interview process for North American hiring; including calendar coordination, communication, assessment scheduling and travel and expenses
  • Liaisons with candidates and interviewers for availability, addresses and remediates issues in support of the interview scheduling process
  • Prepares schedules and communicates with candidates, interviewers and recruiters
  • Assists with onsite interview coordination when needed
  • Prepares interview rooms for assessments when required
  • Statuses and communicates with candidates in the applicant tracking system and via other technical solutions in support of scheduling

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $28.15 per hour
