Description

This role supports the General Manager and Owners with administrative and clerical functions. The position requires consistent accuracy, high attention to detail, ability to prioritize and multi-task.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Manage damage claims through completion

- Coordinate annual events

- Research and respond to violation notices

- Oversee Social Media Specialist and other branding related activities

- Schedule monthly safety and manager meetings, keep minutes for the same

- Maintain executive calendars

- RFP/contract response and preparation

- Fleet records, contract records, and vendor contracts management

- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

This position requires a combination of a bachelor's degree and at least 4 years prior experience in an Executive Admin role.
