The Technical Support Specialist will primarily be responsible for the administration of designated benefits programs, including health, life, disability, leaves of absence, and others. The role requires maintaining strong working relationships with internal clients such as HR, Finance, and Legal departments, as well as outside vendors. Responsibilities also include managing transactions with external vendors, resolving escalated benefit issues, answering employee questions, providing financial metrics, performing cost analysis of benefit options, coordinating audits, assisting with the annual open enrollment process, performing monthly reconciliations, ensuring timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices, and assisting in the preparation of benefits-related communication materials. Additionally, the role supports vendor management, reviews SLAs, and assists in internal audit processes. Must have a degree and 0-3 years experience.
