Job Title: Analytical Lab Technician

Job Description

Reporting directly to the QC Supervisor, the Analytical Lab Technician will be primarily tasked with performing analytical testing, laboratory investigations, and analytical method transfers in an OTC drug manufacturing facility. Additional tasks may also be assigned by the QC Supervisor. The role involves performing raw material, in-process, and release testing using a variety of analytical techniques. The technician must adhere to cGMP, USP, and 21CFR 210/211 requirements for laboratory testing and OOS investigations.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Ormond Beach, Florida.

Work Environment

The Analytical Lab Technician will work in a laboratory environment, manufacturing sunscreen/sun care products. Interaction with Microbiologists, QC Chemists, and other Lab Techs is a regular part of the job. The work environment is largely team-oriented with various lab instruments in use. Familiarity with GMP and FDA Audits is essential. Flexibility for working some overtime and possible weekends is required.
