Job Title: Job Captain

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing construction drawings for commercial retail projects, specifically for the national rollout of various stores within shopping malls/shopping centers in addition to Starbucks. You will be utilizing Revit to produce construction documents and reporting to the Architectural Project Management. Client interface may be required as needed.

Hard Skills

• National Rollout Commercial Architecture
• Ability to produce construction drawings within Revit
• 4 Years of US retail architectural experience

Soft Skills

• Client interface
• Ability to work remotely
• Ability to work in a team setting

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Months

Work Site

This is a fully remote position.

Work Environment

This position is fully remote, tied to our office in Parsippany, NJ. We are looking for candidates located on the East Coast, as the majority of our team is based there. All our consultants will be provided with a company laptop and equipment for work. This is a position with one of the nations largest commercial developers.
