Job Title: Assistant Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support our project management team. This position involves supporting project managers with all project documents, schedules, budgeting, and subcontractor selection. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and supervising the successful fulfillment of construction projects, developing relationships with customers and referral sources, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory policies. This role also includes mentoring and training Assistant Project Managers and site support staff, as well as fostering a collaborative team environment.

• Proficient in visioning, planning, and forecasting
• Intimate knowledge of construction project supervision and oversight
• Proficient computer skills and ability to use project management software applications

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Frederick, Maryland.

Work Environment

The work environment is primarily in the office with necessary site visits. Travel is involved and required, and job sites and other outside venues may expose the incumbent to weather and related hazards.
