Job Title: Assistant Site Safety & Health Specialist

Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Assistant Site Safety & Health Specialist to join our project management team and contribute to delivering Safety & Health programs at our field location. This role involves assisting with the interpretation and implementation of safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe, healthy, and incident-free work environment in a heavy construction setting. The ideal candidate will support field construction projects to ensure operations are safe and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations. Key responsibilities include assisting with safety program deliverables, compliance maintenance, handling work stoppage incidents, resolving safety concerns, pre-planning hazard assessments, conducting safety walk-throughs, and maintaining rigorous documentation and reporting standards. This position requires travel to various project site locations.
