Bilingual Part-Time Clinical Research Coordinator (24 hours)

Job Description:

Looking to hire an onsite part time individual with clinical research experience to act as a consultant CRC to support an ongoing Pneumococcal Disease clinical trial. This CRC must be experienced in being able to work independently. You will act as one of the main CRCs for this study. Please note, as the position and study progress, additional job duties will likely be added that are not listed in this description. A candidate must help the site and study wherever needed depending on the specific assignment.

Responsibilities:

Phone screening

Chart review

Community outreach

Media referral processing

Medical record retrieval

Scheduling appointments

Appointment reminders

Any study efforts deemed necessary by the site

Qualifications:

Minimum of two years in a Clinical Research Coordinator role

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)

Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems

Only seeking part-time hours, there is no potential for full time hours in this role

Duration: Open ended contract (expected to be 3-6 months with possible extension)

Schedule: Onsite 24 hours/week (Monday-Friday) - during normal business hours

Hourly pay range: $25-32 per hour
