Clinical Laboratory Technician
Job Description
Join our dedicated laboratory team as a Clinical Laboratory Technician to perform critical analyses on blood, tissue, and body fluids, supporting health care providers in diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment of patients. You will operate and maintain sophisticated laboratory instruments, troubleshoot assays, evaluate tests for accuracy, assist in interpreting results, and engage in operational support activities to enhance testing procedures. This role demands strict adherence to safety protocols while handling infectious specimens and chemicals. You will also work with multiple computer systems to retrieve and report data, potentially under minimal supervision. Flexibility to accommodate varying shifts including off-shifts, holidays, on-call, and weekend assignments is essential.
