Junior Engineer Description:

· Communicate and coordinate with clients, contractors, project managers

· Preparation of applications

· Correct violations issued by all city agencies to our clients and schedule/track/attend ECB hearings (online)

· Coordinate/File with Federal/State/Local agencies for approvals.

· Understand environmental regulations (air, waste, water and building codes)

· Assist in reviewing construction documents that have been submitted to ensure they conform with all applicable standards, specifications, building codes, laws, and regulations

· Prepare contract documents and reports for a variety of projects, periodic compliance reports

· Attend project meetings /site visits as required, respond to requests for information

· Will train for EPA Method 9 Testing (Emergency Generators) and ASME Testing (Boilers)

Skills:

-Environmental Science/ Engineering OR Chemical Engineering

-AutoCAD

-Microsoft Office

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

- EIT preferred not at all required, will have opportunity to pursue this!

- Experience in Environmental monitoring (air, waste, water, and regulatory)
