Accountabilities

• In accordance to the schedule, carry out testing on finished products, bought in products and resale’s products against specification. Correctly identify products that fail to meet the prescribed quality standards. Report, communicate results and suggest any corrective actions.

• To ensure compliance to testing schedule on consumables. Report, communicate results and implement any corrective actions.

• To carry out audits on production areas/activities, issue reports and follow up any corrective actions.

• To complete QA reports, communicate results and implement corrective actions and recommendations.

• To assist the Quality Supervisor with QMS implementation and any trials work.

• Help develop and improve the Quality Departments Processes and Procedures.

• To ensure that high standards are achieved for all Demonstrations Materials sent out.

• To support the Quality Manager with any other requested actions related to the department's work.

• As Quality Assurance Technician you will be the link to all other internal departments as well as suppliers, so confident communication skills are essential and ability to work with multi-disciplined teams.

• Help drive the continuous improvement agenda in the Quality department and support site initiatives

• To help ensure all complaints are investigated, root cause analysis carried out and support corrective actions being identified, communicated, implemented and verified.

• To provide technical support to production and other stakeholders when required when issues are investigated, root cause analysis carried out and support corrective actions identified, communicated, implemented and verified.

• To support or lead in any trials work following the A3 Project format

• To support Document record control system

• Help develop and improve the Quality Department’s processes and procedures.

• Help to develop systems and procedures to improve traceability of ingredients and production processes.

• To support the Quality Manager Supervisor with any other requested actions related to the department's work.

• Be able to Cover QA coordinator to a competent level to ensure continuous day to day operation of the Quality department and Lab

• To be multiskilled and work across various departments to support business needs

• Be competently signed off for all procedures allocated to Role and Department

• Use Sap to a high standard of Accuracy
